The 3rd Edition of the Infectious Diseases World Conference (IDWC 2026) is proudly hosted by Precision Global Conferences at Miami, FL, USA.
 
The conference will begin with an Opening Ceremony at 8:30 AM, followed by keynote addresses, plenary sessions, oral and poster presentations. All registered participants are kindly requested to arrive at the venue well in advance to ensure a smooth registration and check-in process.
 
Abstract Submission Guidelines
All participants are invited to submit their abstracts electronically, adhering to the detailed guidelines below.
 
Submission Procedure
Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted via email as attachments before the official deadline.
Language: Abstracts should be written in plain American English to ensure clarity and ease of review.
Required Information
 
Each abstract submission must include:
Author Details: Full name, institutional affiliation, and valid email address of the submitting author.
Abstract Title: A clear, concise, and descriptive title.
Presentation Preference: Specify whether the abstract is intended for an oral or poster presentation.
Scientific Session: Indicate the session or track most relevant to your submission.
General Rules
Submissions Unrestricted: There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author may submit.
Single Entry: Each abstract may only be submitted once; duplicate entries will not be accepted.
 
Peer Review and Acceptance
All submissions will undergo a peer review process conducted by a panel of multidisciplinary experts evaluating quality, originality, and scientific relevance.
 
Notification: Authors will receive acceptance or rejection decisions within two working days of submission.
Length: Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, excluding references.
 
Registration Information
Date & Time: Registration begins at 8:00 AM on the opening day of the conference atthe  Conference Location.
The final program will include detailed information on session rooms and presentation timings.
 
Materials Provided:
Each registered participant will receive:

A conference folder
The abstract book
 
A detailed conference program
Lunch Vouchers: Lunch vouchers will be distributed by organizers during on-site registration.
Dedicated on-site coordinators will be available to assist with any queries throughout the event.
 
Speaker Guidelines
 
All speakers are requested to attend all sessions, as last-minute schedule changes may occur.
Presentation Time: Each oral presentation slot is 20 minutes (including Q&A).
Language: All presentations must be delivered in English.
Submission of Files: Please email or provide your PowerPoint (PPT) or PDF presentation at least 15 days before the event.
Technical Compatibility: Test your slides in advance for compatibility with the provided conference equipment.
Equipment Use: Personal laptops are not permitted for presentation use. All sessions will utilize conference-provided laptops and projectors.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Setup
Posters should be brought physically and mounted one hour before their scheduled session as listed in the final program.
Poster dimensions should be 1 meter (height) × 1 meter (width).
Participants are encouraged to print posters before arrival, as no printing facilities will be available on-site.
Posters must be collected after the session; unclaimed posters will be discarded.
 
Virtual Presentation Procedures
For participants presenting remotely:
 
Virtual presenters will receive personalized webinar access credentials after registration.
Participants should log in 30 minutes before their scheduled presentation to test audio/video and avoid delays.
Duration: Virtual presentations are allocated 20–25 minutes (17–19 minutes presentation + 5–6 minutes discussion).
Optional pre-recorded presentations may be submitted at least 10 days before the conference.
 
Certificates
Certificates will reflect the name and institutional affiliation provided during registration.
Certificates of participation or presentation will be distributed at the conclusion of the conference or emailed within 2–3 working days after the event.
Unregistered co-authors will not be eligible for certificates.
 
 
Research depth and visual impact
 
The evaluation will be conducted by an expert jury using a fair and transparent rubric. Winners will receive official certificates recognizing their excellence.
