Presentation Venue
The International Conference on 2nd Edition of the Infectious Disease World Conference IDWC is being hosted by Precision Global Conferences at Millennium Paris Charles de Gaulle 2, Allée du Verger
95700 Roissy-en-France, France. The conference will start with an opening ceremony at 8:30 AM, followed by keynote addresses, speaker sessions, and poster presentations. To avoid any inconvenience, all participants are requested to reach the venue well in advance.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
All participants are requested to submit their abstracts through electronic submission, following the guidelines below in detail:
Submission Procedure
Deadline: Abstracts should be submitted via email as attachments before the deadline.
Language: Abstracts should be written in plain American English to help reviewers focus on the scientific content.
Required Information
Abstracts should contain:
Author Details: Full name, email address, and affiliation of the submitting author.
Abstract Title: A concise and descriptive title.
Presentation Preference: Indicate whether the abstract is for an oral or poster presentation.
Scientific Sessions: Please identify the session or track to which your submission pertains.
General Rules
Submissions Unrestricted: The number of abstracts submitted is unlimited per author.
Single Entry: An abstract may only be submitted once. Entries submitted more than once using different names or titles will not be accepted.
Uniqueness: Abstracts must be unique and not already under consideration for presentation in another location.
Peer Review and Acceptance
A panel of multidisciplinary experts on quality, relevance, and originality will review abstracts.
Decisions for acceptance or rejection will be given within two working days after the submission date.
Abstracts must not exceed 250 words and references.
Registration Information
Date and Time: Registration starts at 8:00 AM on the conference opening date at Millennium Paris Charles de Gaulle 2, Allée du Verger 95700 Roissy-en-France, France. The final program will provide final details of the rooms.
Materials: Each participant will receive a badge, a conference folder, an abstract book, and the program.
Lunch Vouchers: Vouchers will be provided by the organizers at the time of on-site registration.
On-site coordinators will be there to answer all your queries.
Speaker Guidelines
Attend all sessions, as schedule changes on short notice could be needed.
Each speaking slot is 20 minutes long; do not exceed the allotted time.
Make a presentation in English.
Flash drive or email the presentation files 15 days in advance: PPT or PDF.
Check beforehand for slide compatibility with conference equipment before presenting.
Presentations may not use personal laptops. Onsite will use conference equipment—laptops and projectors.

Poster Presentations Guidelines
Affiliated posters shall be brought along and mounted 1 hour before the starting of their designated session time by the Final Programme.
Posters will measure 1 x 1 m. Poster papers are encouraged to be prepared before leaving home for on-site printing.
At the end of the session, pick up your poster; uncollected posters will be discarded.
Virtual Presentation Procedures
Virtual Presentations offer a chance to attend from work or home remotely
Personalized Webinar Access is available for registrants
The webinar requires that participants join at least 30 minutes beforehand to avoid last-minute technical delays.
The time allocation for the presentations is 20–25 minutes. With 17–19 minutes planned for presentation plus interaction.
Optional recording of a presentation at least 10 days before the conference
Certificates
Certificate names and affiliations are based on records from the conference.
Certificates are issued at the end of the conference or emailed within 2–3 working days.
No certificates are given to unregistered co-authors.
Presentation Awards
Excellence Award
The oral or poster presentation with the most impact and aesthetic appeal will win the Best Presentation Award.
Evaluation Criteria: Originality, research depth, clarity, organization, and visual impact.
During the closing ceremony, a jury will declare the winners using a fair and transparent standardized rubric. The winners will be awarded certificates.

Preparing your poster:
• Assigned Location: Come to your location at least one hour before your session starts
• Secure Stand: Ensure a proper stand will be set up. Take down posters promptly after the event.
Important Instructions:
• The organizer will not be responsible for posters forgotten at the event.
Poster Specifications and Preparation:
• Size: 1-meter-long x 1 meter-wide.
• Preparation: Please print it before coming; no printing arrangements are available on the premises.
• Layout Ideas: Very simple and systematic content. Use graphs, charts, images, etc. to improve understanding.

• Participation: Be present behind your poster throughout the session so viewers and assessors can interact with you.
• Constructive Feedback: Take this opportunity to obtain valuable feedback on your research.
