Biography

He is also the President of the Entomological Association of Uganda and a member of the Pan African Mosquito Control Association and African Association of Insect Scientists. Kabbale Fredrick led the control of the 1999-2003 sleeping sickness/Nagana outbreak in Kamuli district and the present Kaliro and Buyende districts and was awarded a certificate of recognition by Kamuli District Local Government for the distinguished services rendered to the people of Kamuli district.
