Group Rates: Special group rates are available and will be honored for up to 3 days before or after the conference.

Relaxing Policies to Ensure Your Comfort

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 120 days before the event: For cancellations made more than 120 days before an event, administrative fees of $200 will be deducted from refund payments.

• Less than 100 Days: Cancellations made within 100 days of the event are non-refundable. However, fees can be transferred to future events or converted into a credit shell.

• Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 60 days of receiving the cancellation request.

In Case of Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Events:

Fees may be transferred to a future event if the event is postponed, canceled, or relocated due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, industrial disputes, or security concerns). However, organizers will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to such circumstances.
